Our Philly Cheese Steak recipe is full of steak, melted provolone, onions, and sliced cherry peppers to turn up the heat. You don’t need to leave the house to enjoy this classic Philly favorite!

Prep time 5 Min | Cook Time 10 Min | Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Mario’s thin sliced Philly Steak
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced Hot Cherry Peppers, drained
  • 5 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 10-inch Hoagie Roll
  • 2 tbsp Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add onions and peppers, sauté 1-3 minutes, then add steak.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and cook mixture 3-5 minutes.
  • Turn heat to low, top with cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts.
  • Arrange evenly on hoagie roll.
