Our Pork Chops and Fettuccini Pasta Recipe with capers and lemon zest has a perfect blend of flavors making it an amazing dish.

(Prep time 15 Min | Cook Time 25 Min | Serves 6-8)

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ lb Spinach
  • 1 lb Fettuccine
  • 1 lb Pork Chops
  • ½ cup Capers
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  • In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste, then add the pork chops to the pan.
  • Grill pork over medium-high heat until internal temperature of 150˚F is reached.
  • Remove the pork chops from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb the excess oil. Set aside.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach to the pot and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the spinach from the water and place in a large bowl.
  • Add pasta into pot and cook until pasta is tender.
  • Add the drained pasta, lemon zest, capers, and spinach to the same pan; toss until evenly coated. Then place pasta over grilled pork chops on a plate.
  • Sit back, and enjoy your Pork Chops and Fettuccini Pasta!
