Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lb sirloin sizzler steaks

Directions

  • In a shallow dish, stir together vinegar, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
  • Add steak to the dish while turning to coat.
  • Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes, turning once.
  • Heat greased grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook steak for about 10-12 minutes turning once or until your preferred temperature.
  • Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
