Ingredients
- 6 oz Roasted Turkey Breast, sliced thinly
- 3 cups, Romaine Lettuce
- 1 tbsp, favorite Salad Dressing (optional)
- ¼ Cucumber, quartered
- ¼ Mango, sliced thinly
- ½ cup Edamame, shelled
- ½ Avocado, sliced thinly
- ¼ cup, Cilantro, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup, Tomato, sliced thinly
- ½ Thai Chili, thin (optional)
- ½ tbsp, Sesame Seeds
- 2 Lime Wedges, for garnish
Directions:
- Fill large salad bowl with romaine lettuce. Add optional salad dressing if preferred.
- Working in segments, add the cucumbers, mango, edamame, avocado, turkey and lettuce.
- Garnish with cilantro, Thai chili slices, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime.
