Our coffee peppercorn marinated flank steak is complemented by balsamic vinegar and garlic. Perfect for grilling!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Flank Steak, trimmed of fat
- 3 tbsp Coffee, brewed strong
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Whisk coffee, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, peppercorns and salt in a glass dish large enough for meat to lie flat.
- Add steak and turn to coat both sides.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (can refrigerate up to 8 hours).
- Heat grill on high.
- Remove steak from marinade.
- Lightly oil grill rack.
- Place steak on the grill and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare (longer for medium and well).
- Take steak off the grill and put on a cutting board. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
