This quick and simple blend of beef and seasonings will become your family’s favorite new homemade Italian meatballs recipe.

(Prep time 20 Min | Cook Time 40 Min | Serves 24 Meatballs)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean Ground Round
  • 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 7oz Pecorino Romano, finely grated
  • 1 can Seasoned Bread Crumbs (15 oz)
  • 3 Bellino Whole Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped (no stems)
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 3 Eggs,beaten
  • 1/2 lb Ground Sausage

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 475˚F. Mix all ingredients but the eggs.
  • Beat the eggs and add to meat mixture and form meatballs.
  • Line a baking sheet with partchment paper and bake meatballs for 15 minutes.
  • Finish cooking by placing in a pot of sauce approximately 30 minutes before serving. Yields about two dozen meatballs.
