This quick and simple blend of beef and seasonings will become your family’s favorite new homemade Italian meatballs recipe.
(Prep time 20 Min | Cook Time 40 Min | Serves 24 Meatballs)
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean Ground Round
- 1/2 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 7oz Pecorino Romano, finely grated
- 1 can Seasoned Bread Crumbs (15 oz)
- 3 Bellino Whole Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped (no stems)
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion, chopped
- 3 Eggs,beaten
- 1/2 lb Ground Sausage
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475˚F. Mix all ingredients but the eggs.
- Beat the eggs and add to meat mixture and form meatballs.
- Line a baking sheet with partchment paper and bake meatballs for 15 minutes.
- Finish cooking by placing in a pot of sauce approximately 30 minutes before serving. Yields about two dozen meatballs.
