Ingredients

  • 1 lb Philly steak, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini
  • 32 fl oz beef stock
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 slices provolone cheese
  • Italian bread, sliced into a roll

Directions

  • In a large pot, add the beef stock and spices. Bring broth to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add steak. Then cover and reduce heat.
  • Let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Prepare the roll by slicing it lengthwise and folding it open. Arrange the steak evenly on the roll and place cheese over the steak.
  • Toast the entire sandwich, if desired. Add sliced pepperoncini and serve with seasoned broth.
  • Enjoy!
