Our Pork Chops and Fettuccini Pasta Recipe with capers and lemon zest has a perfect blend of flavors making it an amazing dish.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ lb Spinach
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- 1 lb Pork Chops
- ½ cup Capers
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste, then add the pork chops to the pan.
- Grill pork over medium-high heat until internal temperature of 150˚F is reached.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb the excess oil. Set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach to the pot and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the spinach from the water and place in a large bowl.
- Add pasta into pot and cook until pasta is tender.
- Add the drained pasta, lemon zest, capers, and spinach to the same pan; toss until evenly coated. Then place pasta over grilled pork chops on a plate.
