White Pizza

White Pizza Ingredients: (4 Servings)

  • 16 oz. Mario’s homemade pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ tsp. fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 450F.

In a small bowl, add the ricotta cheese, pressed garlic, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper, and combine thoroughly.

Press Mario’s homemade pizza dough into a pizza pan.

Top the pizza dough with the 12 mozzarella cheese slices.

Take the ricotta mixture from the small bowl, and dollop heaping spoon-fulls of it over the mozzarella slices.

Sprinkle the entire pizza with Italian seasoning.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is a golden brown and bubbly.

Drizzle the pizza with the olive oil and let it cool before slicing and serving.

Serve with grated Parmesan if desired.
