Our American Cheese, Bacon, and Fried Eggs Open Faced Sandwich recipe is an easy to cook classic with a perfect blend of flavors.

(Prep time 5 Min | Cook Time 10 Min | Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 slice bread of choice sliced thick and toasted
  • 3 slices Tomato
  • 2 pieces Lettuce
  • 2 slices Traditional Bacon
  • 2 slices American Cheese

Directions:

  • Cook eggs over medium high heat until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Cook bacon on stove top till crispy, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  • Lay each toasted bread slice on flat surface. In the following order, place on to each bread: tomato slices, lettuce, American Cheese, bacon slices, and top with an egg.
  • Place assembled open faced sandwich stacks in the oven at 250 degrees for about 3 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese.
  • Sit back, and enjoy your American Cheese and Bacon Open Faced Sandwich!
