The Antipasto Grilled Cheese is an Italian spin on an American classic, loaded with the flavors of a traditional antipasto platter and then grilled to perfection. Add your favorite Italian items for a different flavor profile each time!

Ingredients
- 2 slices Italian Bread
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 3 slices sliced Genoa Salami
- Roasted Peppers, drained and patted dry
- Quartered Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and patted dry
- Jumbo Pitted Black Olives, drained and sliced
- Sliced Pepper Rings, drained and patted dry
- 2 tbsp Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Layer cheese and salami on one slice of bread.
- Top with red pepper slices, artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, and pepper rings, to taste.
- Top with other slice of bread.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Grill sandwich on one side until golden, about 4-5 minutes, then flip and repeat.
