Our Chicken and Avocado Wrap with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe consists of Mario’s delicious boneless and skinless chicken breasts, fresh avocados, and tasty and flavorful red pepper hummus.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 4 Whole Wheat Wraps (8-10 inch)
- 4 leaves of Red Leaf Lettuce
- 1 sliced Tomato
- 1 sliced Avocado
- ½ lb. Swiss Cheese
Directions:
- Add chopped chicken breasts to a hot skillet.
- Cook chicken breasts for 12-15 minutes, occasionally moving them around.
- Spread roasted red pepper hummus onto whole wheat tortillas and add a lettuce leaf to each
- Add 2 slices of tomato, followed by three slices of avocado
- Add chopped chicken breast and swiss cheese; fold and wrap
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
