A quick and easy Italian seasoning-inspired grilled chicken sandwich topped with roasted red peppers.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Chicken Breast
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Mario’s Own Imported From Italy Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt, to taste
- 4 slices Italian Bread
- 1 Green Leafy Lettuce
- 2 slices Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Chefs Cut Roasted Peppers, drained
Directions:
- Split chicken breast evenly, then coat with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Over a medium-high flame, grill chicken 4-5 minutes, then flip and continue grilling chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
- Toast Italian bread slices until crispy and assemble sandwich with grilled chicken breast, lettuce, red onion and roasted red peppers.
