Marinate Time 1 Hr | Cook Time 40 Min | Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 tsp chopped rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 lemon, cut lengthwise
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 strip steaks
- 2 cups arugula
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Start by marinating the steaks in a blend of olive oil, chopped rosemary, and minced garlic. Place the steaks in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to 500°F. Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt evenly over each steak, then place them on the grill to cook. Grill each steak for about 5 minutes per side until the meat has reached your desired doneness and an internal temperature of at least 130°F.
- Prepare a salad mix of arugula, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Once the steaks have finished cooking, remove them from the grill and place them onto a plate with the salad. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and the remaining salt, then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
- Enjoy!
