Ingredients

  • 1 pkg linguine (1 lb)
  • 5 tbsp imported extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can minced clams (6.5 oz), drained
  • 1 can white clam sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can whole baby clams (10 oz), drained
  • 2 cans datterini tomatoes (14 oz), 1 can drained
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon, for garnish

Directions

  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add minced clams, whole baby clams, and white clam sauce; season with parsley and crushed red pepper.
  • Add datterini tomatoes. Mix well and bring clam sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Pour clam sauce over cooked pasta, garnish with lemon, and serve immediately.
