Ingredients
- 1 pkg linguine (1 lb)
- 5 tbsp imported extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 can minced clams (6.5 oz), drained
- 1 can white clam sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can whole baby clams (10 oz), drained
- 2 cans datterini tomatoes (14 oz), 1 can drained
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon, for garnish
Directions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add minced clams, whole baby clams, and white clam sauce; season with parsley and crushed red pepper.
- Add datterini tomatoes. Mix well and bring clam sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to a serving dish.
- Pour clam sauce over cooked pasta, garnish with lemon, and serve immediately.
