- 8 pre-made Mario’s Beef and/or Chicken Kabobs, plain
Marinade

- 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of hot, smoked paprika Spanish
- 1/4 teaspoon of cardamon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
Garlic Yogurt Sauce

- 1 cup of yogurt natural
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Tip: To make these Mediterranean Chicken or Beef Kabobs with Garlic Yogurt sauce flavorful, you’ll need to marinade them for a half-hour before grilling (though the longer, the better).
- Add all the Mediterranean marinade ingredients to the small bowl and mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and/or beef kabobs and place in the refrigerator for at least half-hour.
- After marinating, cook the skewers on a medium-hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning often, until the chicken and/or beef is thoroughly cooked.
- In a separate bowl, add all the garlic yogurt sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Serve the Chicken and/or Beef Kabobs with garlic yogurt sauce immediately.
