Shells with meat filling is a comfort food classic, stuffing tender shells with a mixture of beef, cheese and breadcrumbs, coated in sauce and baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 box Jumbo Shells (12 oz)
- 1 lb extra lean Ground Round
- 1/4 cup White Onion, minced
- 3/4 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Romano Cheese
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Chopped Fresh Parsley, to taste
- 3 cups All Purpose Pasta Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F and cook shells according to package directions.
- Sauté ground beef in a medium sauce pan until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes, then add onion and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat, drain liquid and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, egg and parsley.
- Add meat and onion, mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spread 1 cup of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish or pan.
- Stuff shells with meat filling, place in dish and cover with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 25 minutes, let cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
