Ingredients
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb sirloin sizzler steaks
Directions
- In a shallow dish, stir together vinegar, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
- Add steak to the dish while turning to coat.
- Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Heat greased grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for about 10-12 minutes turning once or until your preferred temperature.
- Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
