Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Sea salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain spaghetti and in a large bowl, add pasta, eggs, salt, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano; mix well until thoroughly combined.
- In a large frying pan, heat oil, add pasta mixture, and cook undisturbed until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
- Flip pasta and repeat browning.
