Our Swiss Cheese Crostini recipe creates a delightful synergy of flavors in every bite. Perfect for a quick snack or healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 whole French Baguette, sliced thin into 12 pieces
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tbsp Sea Salt
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese, sliced halved
- ¼ cup Black Olives, diced
- ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Portobello Mushrooms, sliced and roasted
- 1 Sprig Thyme, stem removed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F degrees.
- Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette. Place on a baking sheet, and brush generously with the olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each slice. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with half a slice of Swiss cheese and broil for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Add roasted mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
