Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F.
- Serve immediately with the cream sauce spooned over the top.
