Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 4 oz Lina’s Crema di Limoncello
- 2 oz Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 1 Candy Cane, crushed
- Ice
Directions:
- Add crushed candy cane to a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rims of two chilled martini glasses with water.
- Hold the glasses by the stems and rotate the rims to evenly coat with peppermint.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the limoncello, tequila, aperol, orange juice, and ice.
- Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake for about 30 seconds. Pour the strained ingredients into the two martini glasses.
