- 1 cup Passata tomatoes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce

- 1 lb natural casing franks
Directions
- Gather all the ingredients and combine the ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, soy sauce, and mustard in a slow cooker. Once added, stir to meld flavors together.
- Cook for 1 hour on high, covered.
- Cut the franks in half (or as you prefer), then stir, coating evenly.
- Cook for 1 to 2 hours on high, or until the franks are steaming.
